1. BM is Restricted or Disabled
+ Causes:
- Violations of Facebook’s advertising policies
- Suspicious activity from ad accounts within the BM
- Unusual login behavior
+ How to fix:
- Go to the Account Quality Center to check the reason.
- Submit an appeal by clicking “Request Review”.
- If denied, consider using a reputable Facebook account to create a new BM.
2. Unable to Add Pages, Ad Accounts, or People
+ Causes:
- BM has restricted features
- The Page or Ad Account is already owned by another BM
+ How to fix:
- Ask the current admin to remove the asset from the existing BM.
- Check asset status (Page or Ad Account) in Business Settings.
- Make sure you have the correct permissions (Admin role) in the BM.
3. Cannot Assign Roles or Lost Admin Access
+ Causes:
- Someone else took over the BM
- Confusion due to Facebook’s updated interface
+ How to fix:
- Go to Business Settings > Users > People to check your role.
- If access is lost, contact someone who still has Admin rights or submit an appeal through Facebook Business Support Center.
4. BM Can’t Run Ads (Ad Account Disabled within BM)
