right now only people within the US location are getting paid for views, correct?
How can I get it outside the US? I already applied through their form months ago for the beta, but up until now nothing changed.
Is there a way to find a US person to let it work through him/her to get the money? What can you recommend me to do?

pay per view is only available in a few countries right now.you can partner with them or you have to be patient and wait for the program to expand further

I think you have to wait till they open your country. Partnering comes with its own risk. I have seen people loosing their hard earned money because money changes people

The Betas are rolling out pretty slowly. While you could find someone to work with there, there's a lot of risks involved even if it's someone you know. You'd have to have some real connections to pull it off, after all you're sending payments and access to this person. Can't be just some rando you met online. Alternatively, there are above board ways you could get one but that's not practical for most individuals (such as setting up a US entity LLC style connecting it to a US payment method, not easy and you have to pay through the nose to get that right).
Can't say I'm aware of many other options besides.

You need to have a verified FB account and be in the US if you want to make money from this

the account that posts has to be verified and be in the US or the Meta business account where the account is integrated along others?

true currently But in only the US can pay for views this policy it has not expanded to other countries still in the process of updating you can find a US person to work for you through a freelance service or hire an advertising agency there

This is a pretty slow rollout You can find someone or freelance in the US to really connect but there's a lot of risk even if it's someone you know because it involves your money and resources and people and it depends on who you hire

Indeed, at this time there is no way to make money outside the US. If you cannot cooperate with users in the US, you can only wait patiently for expansion.
