How much time you should give depends on availablity of how much time you have . It is not necessary to do all work alone, you can take help.

Forget specific hours, focus on output. Aim for 3-5 well-researched pieces a week, and really nail the on-page SEO from day one.

I'd say you should dedicate 8 hours a day to do research, write articles, create or find screenshots for the articles, and publish them. If I read it right, there are 6 of you in the team? With that, I think you can do 5 articles a day, ideally, each for a different game or genre. You can go to Facebook gaming groups, Reddit, X, Discord channels, and X to subtly promote your website or do "shameless plugs."

Put in 4–6 hours a day if you’re serious. Focus on 1 strong article daily, target long-tail keywords early, and use internal linking from the start. Expect real traction in 3–6 months if you stay consistent. Gaming niche needs speed and freshness, so move fast on trending topics too.
