Reporting a semi-failed OFM experience: I started an OFM agency with some friends.
We began with a weekly $150 contract with an Argentinian model and promoted on Threads, Bluesky, Twitter (X), Instagram, and Reddit. I noticed that 80% of the customers came from Bluesky and Threads.
Even though Reddit is full of coomers and simps, they've basically developed immunity to OF girls.

About 90% of the revenue came from selling private content in the chat.

In the end, after all expenses, the net profit was just around $2k.
I came to the conclusion that the ultimate differentiator would be having a model who actually looks and acts like an influencer.
This model barely liked doing stuff like livestreams, try-on hauls, or dancing.

You only fail once you quit

Focus on 1 thing, master it, scale it get VAs, dont just follow some random step by step guide or course, you need to try to understand system behind traffic you want to get

More and more big players in this game prefer ig and threads over other socials at the moment

There are also many factors, how good is your model, tell us about your chatters and so on

If you have questions or need anything, ask here or send me a dm

$2k is a decent profit, do not consider it as a failure
What is your next project plan?
human factor is the big problem here. chating with people, find right model, right partner and etc. it took months to get off the ground, and it only lasted a few months.
i looking to focus on AI ninch or even sell leaks content on telegram. i just dont get of 9-5.

Like someone said man you fail if you quit!

I am doing OFM for more than a year now and let me tell you it was really really hard at the beginning. I was losing money more than every thing.. I made my first 4k in january.. can you imagine?

Keep going brother! shoot me a private message it would be a pleasure to talk with you!

I wouldn't even call it a failure. You're already in the top 10%. You should just pivot and improve the process.

Perhaps think about ways to optimize efficiency. Are you able to automate any out reach or handling of clients? Can you implement a chat bot that will communicate / lead conversations so you spend less time?

Bro why is it failed? I know people doing like 2 months with $0 profit and still hoping and doing hard... If you need any kind of help let me know..

Where you get contact of any model is there any website ?

Appreciate the transparency. Sounds like you hit the classic wall: decent funnel, weak creator-side engagement.

A model with influencer energy really is 80% of the game — content and charisma is really everything imho.

how long you been in the game for bro

2K profit on a first run is a win my friend. most people barely break even or lose money. Replicate the model and scale up.

Yes, the model is the core of your success. If you can find a truly unique personality who also has certain distinctive features in their appearance, you’ll have a huge chance to blow up and make serious money.

The opposite is also true — you could take a model who most people would consider attractive, but in reality, she’s just ordinary and doesn’t stand out from the crowd, and your income will be much lower.

For example, if I compare the earnings of regular girls versus some trans models, as an agency owner, I would always choose to invest in a trans model.

Difficult to say what actually was the problem here.

Money is still money and if you made 2000 in first month that is not failed experiment.

well if you can make money you still didn't fail, keep trying, don't give up
