Pick a Niche You Actually Love A friend once tried blogging about finance because it was “hot.” He hated it. Switched to writing about gardening and found his tribe.
 
In back years, you really had to do a deep work and think which words/phrases you were using, but today, my best tip is: make a good prompt to chatgpt and explain your ideas and you objectives, really talk with him and put your sauce into it

  1. Don’t chase perfection – Just start writing. Your first posts won’t be perfect, and that’s totally fine.
  2. Be consistent – Even if it’s once a week, show up. Google and your readers will notice.
  3. Pick a niche you actually enjoy – It makes writing so much easier.
  4. Learn basic SEO – Just enough to structure your posts well and get some search traffic.
  5. Engage with other bloggers – Comment on their stuff, join communities—it helps more than you think.
As for stories, my first blog had 0 traffic for like 3 months Thought I was writing into the void. But I kept going, tweaked my strategy, and little by little, it grew. Just gotta keep at it.

As other have said above, write only about topic(s) you love and KNOW.
It is SO visible when someone has no clue, or did not correct the BS response of any AI.

And be sure that soon or later google will notice that it was not your known topic, in way or another (bounce rate and other smarter ways)

From my experience! just start and don’t overthink. A lot of beginners get stuck trying to make everything perfect before even publishing their first post.

Pick a niche you actually enjoy (not just what’s trending), and stay consistent. It takes time, but it adds up.
Also, learn basic SEO early on even just writing good titles and linking between your posts can help a lot.
Been blogging for a while now, and honestly, patience + consistency is what worked best for me.
 
First, be patient and spend time building your knowledge and skills in one niche. Once you feel confident, start sharing your ideas. Join communities and connect with others to grow your network.
 
Focus on writing simple, helpful content that solves real problems don’t overthink perfection at the start.

When you start a new blog, don't start building too many backlinks fast. Focus on building your backlinks that look natural and always post high quality content.
 
Focus on organic traffic. I failed a few blogs before I learned.
What worked for me: focus on one niche, publish 50+ articles, optimize site speed, and apply for AdSense early.
Don’t overcomplicate it. Stay consistent, and results will come.
