For the titles, you change all the titles you want to bh and save. then wait 1 day and change all descriptions you want to bh and wait 1 day to perform any other actions on the account.

I also set it up like that but the result has not changed. All my campaigns are reported to be eligible from the ad template to the keyword but the ad account is stuck with the system avoidance error.
Can you show me the white page template that you use well with google?

WhitePages can't really be templates at all. Take a look at comsign whitepage generator, I'm not recommending them, nor never tested it, just for you to see what pages are usually approved.

I’m currently focused on affiliation, as it provides better returns for me than running BH ads for others. I do have some clients, but my roster is closed at the moment since I no longer have the time to manage additional campaigns.

I didn't quite understand your question.
For cloaking the website I use either Cloakerly, or Hoax.tech depending on the country i'm targeting.
If you mean to not get flagged by google when using the accounts, I do use Residential Proxies.

It is possible all over the world. Check it through ahrefs, you can find some good keywords.
For e.g, 777, Keiba for horse racing, roulette with a bit of search. My advice is to always ask locals, they know pretty much what people search in order to find casinos. I don't know Japan in specific, but as far as I know it's not allowed there, even thought, there's always people operating casinos on a near country and targeting them for Japan. It happens in every location where casinos are not legal.

If i'm being honest, during my whole experience in bh I've never found a WhitePage generator that works (at least with my laziness). Compromised is usually because the whitepage is duplicated, or the theme of it is duplicated.
I do have some developers that make it cheap, and I do have a hired IT guy, which makes me the WP's as well.
For Hosting, you don't need a VPS, Hostinger or any other cheap Hosting provider is good.
New domains are good, no need for aged domains

I use MCC provider accounts. The MCC are heated yes, but the accounts are fresh new, no spending history. I'm the one who heats the account

User authentication usually appears when raising campaign budgets or creating new campaigns.
