Could this be helpful with going viral? Interacting with my reel from my alt accounts (few), liking, commenting or sharing the reel. Will this be flagged as suspicious activity and have a negative effect on reel?

If you are hiding your footprint well. Then it can help a bit. But you will need it in a quantity.

Interacting with your own content across different accounts will give a boost, but without setting it up the correct way, can and will get you flagged.

Just make sure that you rotate the IP address when you do it. This prevents the accounts from getting linked. You can either toggle air plane mode, or connect a proxy which gets routed through the phone. In this case, the proxy would need to have a rotation timer.

only do this if you are on another ip. if you do it with the same ip on another account you might get the account flagged

Try engaging with other like minded accounts/competitors/influencers in your niche, from other accounts. Its called the mother and child method and its great for driving traffic to your account, using small accounts while not putting your main one at any risk. Check out this video, this girl explains really well how it works and how to do it wisely:

Hire microworkers to do that if you want to have real people engaging with your account. The reach will be higher and they charge pennies.

If you're other accs are strong, not looking spammy, then yes, they can act as real followers. This is called mither slave technique

To make it worthwhile, you would need a significant number of accounts. Additionally, each account should have a unique footprint, history, and proxy. Otherwise, platforms might flag the activity as suspicious, which could harm your reel’s reach.

It makes more sense than doing it by yourself, yeah
