How about admins have the escrow system here within BHW forum and they can take 5% fees, everything would be fine. I think.

You should definitely set up an escrow system. Sometimes we are afraid to pay first when shopping.

Totally a possibility but then again no matter what the mods/ admins/ management comes up with, these cons will find some or the other loophole.
