I think so, next time ask the person what networkwhat should i do? my money was gone?
okay thank youMaybe ask binance if you use bep20 but if you use normal it will go
Dude, sending ETC on Optimism to a Solana address? Yeah, those are totally different blockchains, like trying to mail a letter to Mars. It ain't gonna show up.i’m using binance and never send crypto to anyone before. today i tried but i did something wrong. i sent etc to his wallet via optimisim (i don’t know what is it) but he can’t see the transfer on his Solana account. what should i do?
If there is a TX record of it on the blockchain, there's nothing Binance can do. Sending to wrong address from Binance, there's no support. Even if you send TO the wrong address ON Binance, Binance support is suspect at best.Dude, sending ETC on Optimism to a Solana address? What probably happened: Binance should have caught that it was a wrong network and stopped it. If they didn't, your ETC is likely chillin' on the Optimism network at an address your Solana wallet can't even see. It's not gone gone, but your Solana wallet's blind to it.
Your best bet is probably hitting up Binance support and begging them to help you get it back. No guarantees though, depends on if they can even be bothered.
