Dude, sending ETC on Optimism to a Solana address? Yeah, those are totally different blockchains, like trying to mail a letter to Mars. It ain't gonna show up.

What probably happened: Binance should have caught that it was a wrong network and stopped it. If they didn't, your ETC is likely chillin' on the Optimism network at an address your Solana wallet can't even see. It's not gone gone, but your Solana wallet's blind to it.

Your best bet is probably hitting up Binance support and begging them to help you get it back. No guarantees though, depends on if they can even be bothered.

Generally it consider lost! But contacting binance support might help you, I have seen some cases where it worked.

The gate exchange which is very similar to binance has a lost funds service... Where they will recover coins in situations like this. They charge about $20 for it. Perhaps binance has similar feature

Optimism and Solana are separate blockchains. These 2 blockchains are not compatible with each other and sending assets from one to the other, results in a permanent loss of funds. OP mentioned that the "amount was low". OP please do not repeat the same mistake again.

If there is a TX record of it on the blockchain, there's nothing Binance can do. Sending to wrong address from Binance, there's no support. Even if you send TO the wrong address ON Binance, Binance support is suspect at best.

Good luck but I think it's gone. Just treat this as the cost of getting onboarded into crypto, it happens to everyone.
