Ive been trying to put videos on a ad slideshow with pictures having issues with the videos my client gave me, they dont have the same aspect ratio that instagram and fb would allow on an ad. The aspect ration instagram and fb need is .5625:1, Ive tried capcut to change the aspect ratio on the videos but it doesnt give me the aspect ratio I need, where else can I look to change this and fix this issue I'm having ?

You can use video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, InShot
Detailed Instructions
Once you have selected a tool:
Upload your video.
Select the resize option and enter the aspect ratio you need (.5625:1).
Export your video and double-check that it meets Facebook and Instagram requirements

You just need to make small changes in setting up ads, in the ad placement section, select the main items, don't select the default. You just need to remove the video position in the stream.

While creating your ad campaign, simply go to your ad placement and deselect in-stream video.

I'd also recommend Adobe Premiere Pro for that. There is Adobe Express I discovered some time back and have been using. Lets you change the vid's aspect ratio for other platforms too (since it's initially geared for TikTok).

Okay so English on the posts, site rules and all that. Also, I think your bot's busted. I'm neither interested in, nor have expressed the need for such a service. Also also, you need to upgrade to the right account tier to be able to sell services on this platform. Goodness, if you can't comply with basic instructions I doubt you'd be of any use to anyone anyway.

Hey, welcome to the forum! Sounds like you’re on the right track with the warmed-up profile, but yeah, running ads from a Business Manager created abroad while you're in Europe can raise some red flags for Facebook. The best way to avoid issues is to start slow. Don’t go in with big budgets or aggressive campaigns right away, and make sure your ad account isn’t doing anything that Facebook would consider suspicious.

With a new Business Manager, you’ll want to run smaller, non-controversial ads at first to warm up the account. Gradually increase your spend as you build trust. If you're worried about the location mismatch between Europe and Vietnam, it’s worth considering using a high-quality proxy or VPN to make the location look more natural. Just don’t switch it around too much or too quickly.

Another big thing is to ensure your ads and creatives are clean, high-quality, and in line with Facebook’s policies. You might want to double-check everything is compliant so you don’t trigger any automatic blocks.

If you want to make this process easier and safer, you could look into using an agency account that’s already trusted by Facebook.

You can use canva for this, I think even with the free version you can edit the size to your liking.

Use Canva or Adobe Express, both let you set custom aspect ratios like 9:16 or 4:5. Just upload, resize, and export. Fast and clean for fixing that mismatch without headaches.

Hi there! I totally get how the 9:16 aspect ratio (0.5625:1) for Facebook ads can be a real headache. Try this right in Facebook Ads Manager: go to your campaign, select "Edit Ad", click "Crop" and choose 9:16 ratio (1080x1920px). Add background blur to avoid losing important content. If that doesn't work, use Instagram Creator Studio for similar cropping. I've seen an ad get 20% more views after adjusting to the right ratio. This method is simple, no external software needed. Have you tried cropping in Ads Manager yet, how did it work out for you?

If CapCut isn’t giving you the exact .5625:1, try InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or even Canva Video Editor. All of them let you set custom aspect ratios

I ran into the same issue before – CapCut isn’t great for precise aspect ratios like 0.5625:1 (9:16). I switched to Adobe Premiere Rush and InShot Pro – both let you manually set the aspect ratio. You can also try Canva Pro’s video editor, it gives better control for social ad formats. Just make sure the export settings keep the video under 60 seconds and under 30MB if you’re uploading directly to Ads Manager
