I wonder how many domains do people have in portfolio and how many they get to flip over a year.

Nowadays, good domains are also market automatically as premium when registering them for the first time, before they are ever bought. So my guess is that it has become harder to compete with that. An automatic domain value assesing/estimating algo would be nice, and perhaps even compulsory these days to compete with that "premium domain" auto-marking feature that the domain brokers have.

If anyone wants to work together for such a tool, maybe just for ourselves or as a Saas, maybe hit me in the DM and lets brainstorm a business plan. Sure it helps if you have experience with domain flipping, expired domain auctions, stuff like that.
