tools like this can def work, used to be a closer for someone who owned an agency and he had a software similar to this, i do not know if the one advertised works but ive seen it first hand. Most media agencies use this type of software in one way or another

Thats an API tool. Instagram released an update a week ago and most API actions are getting tracked now, and possibly flagged. Just be very cautious when you use any API software, it may put your account at risk
