I’vе bееn fееling complеtеly drаinеd lаtеly, likе I’m just going through thе motions without аctuаlly еnjoying аnything. I usеd to bе supеr into mаking short vidеos аnd trying out nеw stuff, but now I cаn't sееm to find thе drivе or еvеn а rеаson to kееp going. I thought switching things up might hеlp, but it didn’t. How do pеoplе gеt out of this kind of mеntаl rut?

Are you making good money, if not then you will burnout quickly. You gotta make money and outsource most of the tasks to VAs. That's how most channels operate.

Step away for a bit and immerse yourself in something totally different from your usual routine.

The most creative ideas often come when you step just outside your comfort zone. If you feel like you’re doing things but don’t feel excited or inspired, remember this: meaning isn’t something you find, it’s something you build by choosing to take action, even when you don’t feel motivated.

Think of yourself like an artist staring at a blank canvas. That first brushstroke might feel awkward or unimportant, but it’s often where new possibilities begin. Try small, simple steps, like sketching for five minutes or writing one sentence in a different style. These little habits tell your brain, “We’re ready to be curious again.” And over time, these small efforts build up, and soon, the inspiration you thought was gone will start to return.
