What will be the next shock in AI?

I think AI can enter the medical field, but it cannot replace medicine.

To be honest, image and video creation are not done yet
They are still buggy or not fully operational
If in 2025 the ''news'' is the improvement of what we already have, I'm already happy with it
We need better quality image edition and video generators, at least available for general people like us

there are aspects that can be replaced like the repetitive paperwork etc, efficiency in diagnostics, etc. but what cannot be replaced are compassion, empathy, a listening ear-- important aspects of humanity and medicine that are super important when caring for the sick.

the human touch is also becoming increasingly important as there is a worsening loneliness epidemic worldwide. (stats show 1 in 3 people experience loneliness on a regular basis and as high as 73% of Gen Zers report feeling lonely). Although AI can be used to augment by providing personalized support, it still cannot replicate the complexity and depth of inter-personal relationships especially when suffering, ie, conditions like being sick.

The next shock in AI may be super intelligent bots with depth of emotions, that look and feel very human. With the way things are progressing, this may be very soon.

2023: ChatGPT and LLMs and image generators
2024: SORA and video creators
2025: New versions of LLMs and videos creators.

2030: Maybe a "real-human" ai generator tool"! ))

I agree with this. Hopefully this is not hindered by all the tariff wars affecting chips and export of rare minerals.
