Does binance share user data and transactions with different country government?
Yes, they did with the Nigerian government so I believe they'd do with other governments when requested.

Look, there's Binance, which is kinda nowhere, no office, no real license. Then there are its branches in different countries, all legal and licensed.

If you're using a licensed branch, basically a national Binance, they gotta follow all the local laws, including sharing info.

But deals on the main, international Binance? Those probably don't get saved, otherwise users from countries that can't use unlicensed platforms would be screwed. And there are a ton of them on Binance.

Of course there was a big case in my country where binance shared data with law agencies for a group and they were confiscated assets of $ 10M internationally.
 
They specifically have started asking Indian PAN cards. I am pretty sure they are going to share the data in near future. because most of them certainly succumbs to regulations.
