The biggest challenge is the payment processor. If you want to sell replicas and not create a new store every other week, forget about shopify, or you need to find a different approach. There you can't use any brand names in the naming, which is lowering the conversion, and after about 3-4k USD in transactions they will probably ask you for receipts and confirmation. The one I am testing now is WooCommerce on a Wordpress website. Such a website is harder to make, but It looks like it has more safety, but will still check.

Also wondering what are others approaches to selling replicas and finding the customers. Are you selling on locas marketplaces, FB Marketplace, Instagram, Tiktok...

any updates here? starting a store myself now, more rep hype apparel than just sneakers though, do you think its worth it based on your experience so far? Doesn't seem to be much info out here about which is a good and bad thing lol

Crypto for ecommerce is a joke.

Not true, it depends on which country you sell in.
However, with Woocommerce you can easily integrate crypto payments, I did it for a test ecommerce.

That worked, actually hitting a brand by the interest showed the worst results on multiple adsets in different campaigns. This is to be expected since FB ads work on a bidding system, and the more money are in a field eg. Gym Supplies, Sports Broadcasting, the more adversaries with bigger budgets you have.

Not true, it depends on which country you sell in.
However, with Woocommerce you can easily integrate crypto payments, I did it for a test ecommerce.

With crypto expect a 0% conversion rate in such things

The best way to sell replicas today is either through a private gateway or through cloaking.

Personally, I've been using cloaking for a few months now and haven't had any problems.
I preferred to use cloaking because private gateways took a large percentage of my revenue (15-20%), unlike cloaking.

I don't know of any reliable private gateways. If you're asking what I use, it's cloaking, which isn't exactly the same thing.
