Why do people use emulators and software over devices for Instagram growth?

Here is what I dont understand: Why use mobile proxy at all, when they often are $80 for 25GB and I get a data plan at my mobile provider for $25 for 20GB? Is there something I dont see?

Yes, if you need to target another country, you need mobile connection from that country therefore the proxy.
