Alternative to InstAccountsManager (IAM) for API-based Instagram following?

I've been using InstAccountsManager (IAM) for over 2 years now. Unfortunately, the tool has become nearly unusable over the past week – with almost every action (especially following and liking posts), accounts are getting banned.


I'm working with around 3000–4000 accounts, and the main task is that these accounts follow specific users that I define.


I've already tested a few alternatives like VA and SuSocial, but they don't fit my use case. I'm honestly running out of ideas. I even considered switching to real device automation, but it's hard to find people who actually know how to implement it properly, and the setup seems quite complex.


So right now I'm looking exclusively for API-based solutions.
Does anyone know a working tool or a reliable alternative to IAM that can handle large-scale account operations and still perform stable follow actions?

Unfortunatelly, the best tools are private. What proxies are you usong? Have you tried testing other mobile proxies? Usually the subnet can be flagged and doesn't work anymore that good, so I would test that, first.

I don't know, unfortunately, but there must be some kind of public program that isn’t completely useless — or some other way, right?

Yeah, I’ve tested datacenter, mobile (even self hosted) , residential proxies — everything. The problem is clearly with IAM, the developer confirmed that too.

If you're code savy you can try github. Anyways if you find something workable you can work it with chagpt or some model.

You can take a look at Susocial, Fanzella, InstaOnimator. Those are some options that many people use.

if i want to use IAM only for sending mass dm, can work without problem?
you have suggestion where to buy accounts and proxies?

and for your needs fanzella has ulimited accounts for 99$ as i know, but I dont know if they can handle amounts like you need. most of their audience are OF agencies who don't works with big amounts I believe.

Sounds super frustrating, especially with so many accounts to manage. I totally get why you’d prefer an API-based solution gives you more control over things. Have you checked out tools like Jarvee or Social Captain? They might work for your needs, but just keep an eye on their limits for large-scale tasks.

Use Real devices. If you plan on doing those types of actions, API will get you flagged. Real devices is what I can say.
