Hello everyone,

i am posting on youtube shorts regularly and sourcing the shorts from other platforms, accedently i published a short without editing the sound (removing it) and by accedent there was someone else that published the same short before me, and i know that the short isn't origanaly created by him he also did what i usually do sourcing from elsewhere. He reported me and now i got my first strike. DOES YOUTUBE CARE IF THE PERSON WHO REPORT A VIDEO CREATED THE VIDEO HIMSLEF OR JUST REPOSTING IT, BECAUSE YOU COULD GET BANNED JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE IS CREAZY TO REPORT YOU FOR A VIDEO HE DIDN'T EVEN CREATE JUST LIKE YOU REPOSTING THINGS. IT IS JUST MAKING THINGS HARDER FOR PEOPLE LIKE US , (I TRIED TO CONTACT HIM BUT HE DOESN'T RESPOND)

YouTube Strike = Rule break or copyright issue.
3 strikes = channel deleted. Follow rules, use original content.

if i am running 2 youtube channels in the same device, and one get 3 strikes and then deleted will the second channel be affected ?

No, YouTube doesn't care about that.

I mean, your goofy competitor can even pretend to be the original source of the video that both of you outsourced.

No :)

If you’ve received a YouTube strike, it’s important to review the reason behind the strike in your YouTube Studio. Common reasons include violations of community guidelines, copyright issues, or misleading content. You can appeal the strike if you believe it was made in error, but make sure to follow YouTube’s guidelines closely in the future to avoid further issues.

Tôi đã nộp đơn kháng cáo nhưng đã bị từ chối. Bạn có mẫu hoặc cách nào để chuyển trực tiếp vụ việc đến người khiếu nại bản quyền không?

YouTube’s policies don’t care much about who originally posted, it's just the report that matters.

Just appeal it. Some guy stole my long video with my channel watermark on it, I gave him a strike and he appealed it successfully. He just said something like he guaranteed that he created the clip himself and he is willing to go to the court. I emailed Youtube to say that he stole my video, even left the watermark on it, but they don't care.

So can I report bunch of channels ? what should I have to bring to the table so that my report is accepted ?

Youtube doesn’t check whether the person claiming a video actually made it, they just accept whoever files a copyright claim first. That means if someone reposts your video and claims it before you do, youtube will side with them, even if they didn’t create the content. In your case, the short you used included untouched audio owned by someone else, so the reporter could easily strike your video. If you’re sure they don’t own it, you can dispute the claim. Deleting the video will make the strike go away faster. In the future, tweak any content you repost, like editing the audio or adding your own touch, or use royalty‑free material to avoid problems. The system isn’t perfect, so keep going, learn from it, and don’t let it stop you.

No, the second channel won't get affected. The second channel would need to have it's own strikes before it gets deleted.

i can send fake strike or remove any strike (guaranteed strike removal i.e strike from any company can be removed if you have big connections), i have got connections with big companies.

That's frustrating! YouTube's system might not always consider the original creator's intent. Consider reaching out to YouTube support to contest the strike, and maybe provide evidence that the reported content wasn't originally created by the person who reported you.

Yes, for circumvention. you need to have different details in the 2AF configuration.

If your channel gets demonetized it will affect your google adsense as well, any new account you connect to that adsense will get affected.
