I used the CloakingHouse service and found it to be fairly average. It doesn’t have too many filters, and to some extent, you do have the ability to manage them and configure things the way you want.
For the price, it’s not a bad option — but don’t expect it to perform like a high-end professional cloaking solution. They have their own built-in blacklist to block risky IPs, and the setup process is simple and beginner-friendly.
However, there are some notable limitations:
