there are plenty of video/blog guides out there, just do a quick google search or any AI tool for guideness,
this should be for testing only, you can't rely on using an IP address for branding/SEO,
a domain name is just a tiny investment to be made for this

You can use https://freedns.afraid.org/ which has lots and lots of domains you can use a subdomain of!

All websites are like this only. Every website is hosted on an IP. The domain name is just to make it easy for humans.
Once you singup for a VPS you get the hosting space. if you don't attach the domain you can view the website using the static IP that was assigned to your hosting.

I would say ask chatgpt for all the parasites services, there are tons of them, even you can do on Wordpress without having a domain name it's like selfhosted.

Just know Let’s Encrypt won’t issue a cert without a domain, so browsers will flag a self-signed TLS, search engines won’t index as cleanly, and the link dies the moment the provider renumbers the address.

yeah you can use the server’s IP to host, it works but looks sketch and not userfriendly
