Alright we gotta learn something here:
The users banned, so what can we learn here:
Liver disease leads to fatty liver disease:
There's two forms:
Non fatty liver disease, unhealthy carbs
Fatty liver disease, mostly alcohol
Why are they different with out being biased non fatty is visceral fat around lack of excersise, driving, eating shit.
Both outcomes can lead to diabetes and that can lead to obesity then kidneys working over time, then liver being very complex resulting in liver scaring.
And being on dialysis in America is horrendous, if you live in countries like:
Vietnam, India, south America, Africa your health is your wealth.
If you live in Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand the health system shouldn't be ready to wait for when you hit a wall, it's there as a safety net most countries cannot access.
So with the user being banned I think it's important reality is set in place.
Diabetes,
Kidney disease,
Liver disease is no joke it's a death sentence, it's so bad no country will allow you citizenship unless asylum seeking or something member suffering health complications are visiting a loved one dying.
The point is!
it's messy so be mindful, it's not limited to alcohol.
You can mitigate the risks from exercise.
