Why do some people choose to be rude? Why do some people treat other people as if they were their boss and talk insultingly as if they have the right to do so, just because they have money?

Is this due to family factors or is it entirely related to how much of an asshole that person is?

This is one of the professional deformations observed in me.
I have been doing digital product buying and selling for about 4-5 years. And I have interacted with 2k different people until today, no matter how you look at it. And my observations are generally in the following direction.
Some people can be assholes, no matter how tolerant or understanding you are.
In my country, such people are generally called SELLERS/BUYERS who are not hungry.
I couldn't translate. LoL

This situation sometimes bothers me. Sometimes I feel stupid. I say, why can't I break people's hearts so easily. They act like there is a robot in front of them, but I am a human being made of flesh and blood.

I think I'm a little full. I think the world is really hell for sensitive hearts sometimes.
Even reading this Topic, I'm sure some members will think I'm a fagg. But i dont care I am what I am!

Maybe it's the use of a slur. But seriously from what I encountered before, some people are rude cause they wanna mask what they are lacking, probably they're insecure or lacks confidence.

There can be multiple reasons.

I am always professional, but my tolerance is also quite low. If someoe is disrespectful or not professional, I immediately stop dealing with them. If they ask me stupid questions that could be solved with a two-second Google search, I also stop replying. I am not rude, I just don't want to waste my time, also I don't want to deal with idiots. If you ask me a general question that could easily be answered, you are not respecting my time. Whenever people give me excuses "oh, I couldn't keep the TAT cuz my cat got sick" or talk about morals to me, I block them as well. I don't care, its not my problem. Get work done or don't get it done, no excuses.

I am not an asshole, but I see it exactly like what it is: Business. Work. I am not rude to anyone, I don't insult anyone. If someone is unreasonably rude to me, I block them as well.

Just stay professional, no one is obligated to adhere to your personal feelings, no one really cares. Its business after all, not a welfare program. If you think one guy from a different country on the other side of the world gives a solidary fuck about your feelings, you are up to a very bad surprise, because no one actually cares.

It really sucks, but yes, there are plenty of rude, arrogant, and self entitled a$$holes that inhabit the planet. It's just built into the equation. However, you keep being you. Do your own thing and don't fixate on the ridiculousness (if not an actual word, I just made it one. LOL) of others. Don't feel stupid and keep a sensitive heart. There is nothing wrong with that. One of my favorite song lyrics is, "Be yourself, no matter what they say." From Englishman In New York by Sting. Two good pick me up tunes, when you are feeling down, are Better Not Look Down by B.B. King and Battle We Have Won by Eric Johnson.

Keep marching forword, soldier!

People choose to be rude, because of their comodity and lack of good social skills. They think they may be seen only if they raise the voice/use bad words/treat the others like trash, where the only non-value is their childish actions (it's like a mirror, where they treat the others just like the soul they have inside). There is a mix of bad education + non-developed emotional foundation. Avoid that type of people and seek for better ones.

Your words are very motivating Dude, thank you.

Being kind is a choice, just like being rude is. Money or status just shows who someone really is inside. Stay human — the world needs more of that.

I guess if someone is unjustly rude to you, you'll unknowingly be rude back, or towards someone else - like a release mechanism. So it becomes a catch-22.

But the ones who are rude often, they probably do it to control you.

It can be different when it comes to the opposite sex. She/he can seem rude, although they're attracted to you and just acting weird around you :D
