Being a relative newbie to the forum(hello decade long lurkers),

I'm curious to know about the history and fun facts about BHW, so here's my appeal for the old members of BHW who have 'eaten more salt than I have rice' on some fun things about the forum that people should know about, and what conspiracies we should speculate about, because why not revive some fun theories.

Not too sure when the last post about something like this was, (when I checked it was 2021), so if this is too recent / new I apologize in advance.

I’m curious in the BHW lore too, wonder if there is any

Hey Mate... No need for any apologies. This is actually a chill thread to make :D

Did you know BHW is from BlackHatWorld, and people in this world are called Hatters? ⁣⁣

Well, there is this saying too in English. It all does add up. Hmmm.

Deep down, hidden in a secret thread, someone posted their bitcoin recovery phrase and the legend says there's 69 bitcoins on it.

BHW is run by a secret FBI agent. Everyone who joins the forum is added to FBI's watch list.
I'd like to welcome you to the list.

Woo this is really interesting, no surprise the forum has had some seedy things happen but it's interesting to know why certain things aren't allowed.

No full photo... Does he have 2 or 4 legs?

3 at the very least.

Not a conspiracy theory but I'm on BHW since 2009 and I've seen a lot of VERY BIG scammers. I will not drop names. We talking about minimum $XXX XXX scam. It's always the same process, they build a reputable profile, they share lot of guides to gain likes, they buy VIP or donor to get trust.
Most of their guides are partial methods or outdated methods.
Some other VIP are vouching for these fake gurus because they are guilable. Remember that being VIP is easy. You just need to pay a low amount of money. A lot of VIP are not even making $30/month online.
These gurus have thousands of posts and reactions and one day they decide to execute their scam.
With the trust they built, BHW members will give them $XX XXX for non sense service. Like pay $10 000 for a website that will make $50 000 in 6 months.

A lot of these fake gurus are banned because mods are doing a good damn work to protect member but obviously mods can't protect you from your own dumbness.

Please remember that those ban scammers will create or buy a new account and scam again so please when you see threads about reputable member who claim that they share a method making $XXX per day use your brain. No one would share this kind of method. They only share it to gain your trust. They didn't tried it. They have no clue about internet marketing. The only thing they know is that they will be able to sell you anything because you want money and you trust them.

I see this huge scam every few years but anyway we can see scams everyday for fewer amount of money.

I still see some users posting fake guides and being praised for it. I will not drop names but they are easy to spot. They share threads every week with a new method. They will either sell an ebook/service soon or try to scam instead of using their "own" methods.

Remember that you need to work a lot to make money. There is no quick scheme, no magic method. Don't trust anyone in the internet. A lot of these scammers are still here. Test and repeat until you find your way to make money.
You will fail more than you suceed and it's normal.

Y'know now that I think about it, I wonder which mods have alts on the forum, and what they post on the alts.

My personal theory? Some guys who you see just a bit too often. :anyway:

What about you guys, which mod is who?

It might not be a conspiracy but I don't think the staff here actually care about the community.
