Į want to say Haim Sheli in plural. Or really something that includes great affection. So to a group of 3 girls. Not as an indruduction, but later on. How is this possinle?

I think that technically, Haim works in both single and plural, because no matter how manny girls you want to say it to, you only have one life.
It can work in both ways:
* At hahaim sheli
* Aten hahaim sheli
So you can stick to haim sheli and say it to as many girls as you like at the same time.
