Hey guys,
I have been doing dropshipping back in the day and the amount of people hitting me with chargebacks on paypal totally killed my business AND my paypal account.

I NEED to offer paypal without people abusing the chargebacks.

There was a service, I think advertised around here, which acted as some sort of middleman where you could use THEIR paypal account and they would make sure you get ALL your sales with no possibilty for the clients to do a charge back for 10% of your revenue. It was a legitimate company as well.

Can anyone help me out here???

That would be a scammers paradise so I am not sure that exist. But who knows, I guess i could be wrong

I saw this service somewhere I am 100% sure. Chances are that they only work with legitimate companies with KYC etc. because they themself were legitimate but I just cannot remember their name

Not sure if you can, also heard something about Friends and family? Do they do that still? Think that was chargeback free

You cannot offer it within a shop ...the friends and family payment option lol

Oh you mean for the shop, yeah not sure exactly. I know stripe has chargeback protection as an additional feature

Pretty much what RSlade said; I try to stay away from PayPal in general

No, this is NOT what my original question was about. I specifically said I want to keep using paypal as it brings a good conversion rate. I am just looking for the company that does what described on the original post.

You could try using Payoneer as a front, not the same but safer than direct PayPal.

Hahaha
Not possible for obvious reasons
Only possible in scammer's wet dreams
Anyone offering it for you is another scammer trying to take your money

Hey MMJason,

I would steer clear of the services that provide already in use payments systems like PayPal and Stripe for a percentage. More precautionary, you do not want your revenue at the hands of another entity. In addition to that, it can cause confusion to your customers when they see their billing descriptor is different than your DBA which which will likely lead to more chargebacks. I would recommend signing up as a new co with a high risk payment processor that has knowledge of approval ratios "conversion rates" at a 50k-75k soft cap volume and grow it from there (You can obtain multiple accounts in the beginning if more volume is needed). Definitely implement a chargeback mitigation tool, depending on your billing methods a chargeback mitigation tool should fix your problem. If it does not, there are additional methods for mitigating your cb ratio.

Here are a few operational recommendations as well.
1. Provide accessible support, there are 3rd party companies you can hire to fulfill this aspect (sometimes a human voice and order status is all a consumer needs to be detoured from a chargeback)
2. Work with a fulfillment center that is domestic to your target area
3. Use enhanced fraud filtering features on your payments gateway including Kount if on (NMI)
4. Block the IP addresses of any customer who charges back an order
5. Geofence and block known chargeback abuse regions

Hopefully this was helpful!

Best regards,

GotMIDs
