How's it going everyone, my background is in finance which has gone to crap as an industry. I'm also interested in filmmaking. I hope to make some money through websites and affiliate programs to help fund some of my low budget movies and to bring in some supplemental income. I'm not necessarily looking at getting rich off it, just in these uncertain times, having multiple streams of income to fall back on. I picked this username as sort of a joke after reading a thread on here about someone claiming to be above whitehat and blackhat as being godhat..lol

Either way, look forward to reading more and maybe contributing something once I figure out what to do.

Are u australian ? Seems to be quite a few on here. Finance industry has gone down the sh1tter. Smaller trail commissions, ASF's and MER aint what it used to be. They have fewer traders on the floor, tighter budgets. So many people I know got "the talk" and are now doing obscure jobs that they claim they love...

MBA in finance but doing admin at a college.. hmmm.. no thanks :cow04:

I'm from the U.S. I think there are some thriving jobs in Finance but you have to be in specific financial cities that have exchanges like NYC or Chicago, otherwise it's tough with lots of layoffs, low pay or 100% sales/commission. It's fun to learn about though, which is what attracted me to it.
