All accounts getting circumventing

We are using Hong Kong accounts with high spending history and connecting our own accounts through MCC , but every single account gets circumventing suspension either immediately or after a couple hours .
We’ve worked on our white pages a lot and used different domains / pages which have worked on other accounts and ones that arw fresh too , all of them contain policy pages and are unique and have everything needed .
We are based in the uk and so are our accounts that we are connecting but we can’t figure out why every single account keeps getting the suspension . There is no cloaking on at all yet ,
Does anyone have any advice ?

The solution is simple, don't use hong kong ping pong agency accounts, and you'll have live accounts.

You can try this method.
Login Gmail with Hongkong IP then use that Gmail to send mail, surf youtube, search google in Hongkong location for about 2-3 days.
Then create MCC. Leave it like that for 1 day. Then add account and wait a few more hours before creating ads

So what should I do if the mcc account is created in Hong Kong , the new accounts we make to link should we also make them to be based in honk Kong but how would we run ads in the uk for this ?

The payment information is all done from the main mcc account not from our accounts , the issue may be with the landing pages but we have worked on them a lot , im not sure

We have appealed however it was denied saying the issue is still there .

If you are buying ad accounts, the agency you are purchasing from probably verifies the account under the same company. Their company is probably flagged from other clients posting shady ad campaigns. Find new accounts.

This has nothing to do with the region where the MCC was created. Check whether the settlement currency and time zone selection in your MCC corresponds to the invoice account you purchased.

You might be trippin some internal flag, even w/o cloaking, try a residential setup w/ fresh VM.

You might wanna try running fresh UK native accounts solo, without MCC for the first 72hrs. Let them breathe, then slowly push spend.

Almost 98% of even totally legit new Google Ads accounts get suspended nowadays, no matter what geo. You need to appeal each and every suspended Google Ads account and leverage those that get reactivated.
