Hello, not possible because everyone access two factor Authenticator
the same account is doesnt have two factor authentication so i tried gmail phishing but it is marked as spam mail any idea how to use gophish where the gmail is not marked as spam

If you are blocked and cannot access that account, the only way to get unblocked is to contact the user directly through another account or through mutual friends. If they do not want to keep you on the block list, they can unblock you themselves without asking.

If you're blocked on Instagram, you can't unblock yourself without access to their account. The only option is for the person to manually unblock you. You could try reaching out through other channels or creating a new account if needed.

Short answer is you can't. It wouldn't be a useful feature if you could just rescind someone else's block on you. Far as I know, you also can't appeal that to the platform so that's a pointless angle. Best you could do is somehow contact the owner and get them to change their mind about the block and hope for the best.
