Searching for account username but it doesn't show up

Whenever I create an account, specifically on iphones and then I search the username from another account on reddit and go to the "People" tab, it never seems to appear. I dont believe the account is shadowbanned cause when I add a link on the account and go straight to the url of the account from an incogniton tab, the account appears just fine and the link is also visible. Does anybody have any idea why this is happening and if this is an actual problem or not?

Log out or open a private tab and enter reddit.com/user/yourusername (enter your actual username). If you see the account and all of its comments, you're not shadowbanned. If you see "this account is suspended", it means you're suspended. You can also see "removed" only on some comments, which means only those comments have been shadowbanned or deleted by a mod.

Give a bit more time and then try again later, also make sure your not leaking anything.

It might not be shadowbanned if you can still open the account link. Sometimes Reddit search takes time to update or doesn’t show new accounts quickly on mobile. Try checking after some hours or from a PC.

There is a possibility that the username has been changed or the account is deactivated. If you know the fullname of the owner you may use it to find or search the user.
