Depending on your country you could use a number of different CEXs, coinbase & kraken is what I personally use. You can also always receive USDT through a non-custodial wallet like Exodus & Trustwallet - they support USDT for pretty much every available chain.

Binance has not announced the removal of USDT (Tether) support on the TRC20 network. The recent changes pertain specifically to USDC (USD Coin) on the TRC20 network. Binance ceased support for USDC deposits and withdrawals via TRC20 starting from April 5, 2024, following Circle’s decision to discontinue USDC support on the Tron network.

Only hard wallets like Ledger, where you will be able to exchange USDT to USDC later
Whole Europe banned USDT and time was 31th March
It's because MiCA, Tron just failed to prove they have funds in USD. Circle (USDC) proven they have all USDC covered by real USD, so they are allowed.
It's good regulation in my opinion, but not so comfortable.
I spoke with Binance support that told me that the Wallet continue to working and receive USDT.
Also they suggest me this configuration to receive USDT via TRC20, it’s ok for you based with your experience?

If you are from European Union, no, it's not correct.
Switch to USDC or non stable cryptos.
Some day Binance may say "that's enough, we need to follow EU law" and they will suspend your money.

Why not just get your own wallet? Download TronLink from the Tron site. Also, wallets don't store crypto, it's always on the blockchain. The wallet just connects you with your private keys. You can make endless addresses on one wallet.

Did binance sent you a message that they remove usdt. You can challenge them in court for this loss of funds with extra compensation for trouble. But I am sure that you will surely get the funds later in account because binance is serious about user funds.
How?
I think your best option is to use a crypto wallet like Trust Wallet or MetaMask to receive and store USDT. From there, you can swap it to USDC and send it to Binance if you want to use P2P or withdraw as fiat.

you can use any wallet for usdt
