I honestly didn't know where to post this.

OK... I had someone approach me about running ads for me on google. They would use their account and I'll pay them what it costs plus a little extra for their time.

They approached me because I operate adult sites. It's hell for me to get past the censorship these days and I'm open to paying someone who can do this for me.

Be careful when someone else runs ads for you. Ask them how they will promote your site, as adult advertising is not allowed on GAds. If they mention Cloaking, then ask them what KWs they will target.

Obviously they're going to use some sneaky tricks to do the advertising. But, I'm not understanding why that should concern me?

Ask them questions beforehand so that you don't get scammed. Rest is up to you.

every deal that you close with strangers is a gamble, If you're a gambler I'd say go for it... worst that can happen is you burn a few $100s for a 50-50 chance that you make profit....

As an ex-gambler myself I can't begin to tell you how many $100s of 1000s I've burned with this addiction over 30 years, so spending $300 nowadays (if I had it that is ) for a 50-50 chance of making money would be a go for me

You do need to establish some things beforehand, though.... such as: payment method, whether or not you'll be paying pro-rata or in full, guarantees / samples, etc...

But once you establish these things (and you can be aggressive in demanding them since they are the ones contacting you, so it's on them to stand behind their offer since they're the ones doing the contacting) you can tell them "ok, let's try it for 1 month and see how it goes! If you bring ROI we can do this long term..."

I make small purchases until trust is established.
Otherwise, I use an escrow service.

Ask them about past transactions first or any proof they're legit. Scammers are rampant these days.

Haha, that's a pretty harsh assumption, don't you think? It's like saying everyone on the internet is a scammer just because you've encountered a few. Don't be too quick to judge, there's a lot of nuance out there.

The guy wouldn't let me use escrow so I'm not going to do business with him. So, probably a scammer !

This means I'm back to looking for someone to do the ads for me.

Everything I make is EXTREME ! It's extremely vulgar and gets banned or causes people go lose their brains with hatred.

I do NOT need or want any more problems. I have enough problems with business.
