I know for sure that google does this with pages of the SAME website, but I don't remember them doing it to different sites, too.... But I didn't want to mention it because I wasn't sure as I've stopped caring about google 2 years ago, so I might not be up-to-date on their latest shenanigans....
If your site appears only in Google's ignored results, it means that Google has indexed your page but is not showing it in the standard search results. This is usually due to perceived duplicate content, low relevance, or technical issues. Missing results are not a Google penalty, but a relevance filter.
Your site appears in omitted results because Google sees it as duplicate or low-value. Make content unique, improve on-page SEO, and resubmit via Search Console for reindexing.
