It means we are strictly limiting the use of our cards for services that only require a card for the first billing or trial subscription. Many users add the card just to access a free trial or initial billing, but then don’t cancel the subscription or fund the card afterward, which leads to multiple declined transactions due to insufficient funds.
These repeated declines trigger the bank’s automated risk control system, which can result in the card being frozen or permanently deleted.
How to avoid this?
It’s simple:
• If you’re not planning to continue the subscription, just cancel it on time.
• If you want to keep the service, make sure to keep enough balance on the card to cover future charges.
This helps keep your card active and ensures smooth usage of our service.
