I'm about to start this but I'm concerned about average sub spend compared to OF

Would I be better off just paying an OF model and hiring a chatting agency?

At the moment I don't have the stats and before I go hard, it would be nice to understand what the situation is compared to OF

When I checked a while back, usually the chatting agencies charged 20%. I would say this is worth it, because you would be losing more money not using the right chatting strategies. Unless you have plenty of experience (months chatting experience minimum) it would basically be wasted time + money if you tried to do it yourself. And also hiring an agency you don't have to deal with 3rd world country chatters which is probably the biggest headache.

This, mixed with paying a model a fixed salary, maybe a small % on top is probably the best situation right now. So you'd get near 80% profit for only handling traffic + creating content (which you can just train an AI model for the girl and you dont even have to stress because she might do it badly.. a lot of time and money gets wasted if this is not done correctly).

I don't see any reason to give a fresh girl just starting OF 35-40% when there is so much competition and plenty of girls who want to do it.

Other option is 30% revshare on Onlytraffic.. but that's a lot less than 80% and once the content is created, you're still doing the same amount of work. (All that's left is sending traffic)

I was looking into AI, because essentially you are investing into an 'asset', and with a girl, she can just leave the agency at any time.

I do have automated AI models but not AI chatting since I don't think it's there yet.

I'd still use VA chatters usually from PH rather than chatting agency since most of them are low quality and get higher cut

Hi, i have create a working chatbot, for send message with IA and exemple and instruction of chatting in pdf files, all is working but i read fanvues terms and conditions and they forbid all chatbot, if anyone know about bot verification. Now my bot have: human delay, programming connection area like: 11:30am to 2pm and 7pm to 3am for imitate chatter, the bot adapt to the conversation and the time of user responses. But i use tools like selenium and put technical traces on the browser like http headers.
Anyone have a solutions or know if http headers and technicale traces are detectable ?

Fanvue is very small compared to only fans. But yes, you can automate it. You are going to make less money. I suggest testing it out.

I do agree but currently, we have a black swan opportunity leveraging technology, not really sure for how long it will be there

I know a guy making 20k a month per model with ai fanvue. His ratios are clean too ppv msg unlocks are high. It won’t be easy but defo possible if you know how to generate realistic models and get lots of traffic

I would suggest you don’t use an ai bot there are some talented chatters out there most the money is in msg unlocks don’t cheap out on it

for onlyfans how are you structuring it with your model, she's just helping you with the verification and a little content here and there?? I'm currently running AI models on fanvue but I really want to be able to sell on OFs the biggest marketplace, I had managed 2 girls before with moderate success but they didn't last long, my question is with the benefits AI technology + how unreliable these girls are - how are you guys structuring the content + payment deal with the model?
option 1- she does nothing but verification
option 2 - she does a little something
