I would nominate the MICROWAVE for this list! It has made heating meals so much easier for a lot of people. that cuts so many minutes which can then be diverted to other tasks Some people even can prepare meals in this, not just reheating prepared meals..

Lenmedy and Zolgensma - These are very good vaccines. Too sad these are very very expensive.

well, this is true though. average lifespan before widespread use of antibiotics less than 50 years old, with infections causing most deaths and suffering. nowadays, we're talking about extending lifespans beyond 100, through research

Zuckerberg declared that the smartphone is dying, and will be replaced by glasses and augmented reality tech. I really don't know when this will catch on, though.
