I know you can buy retweets that are from accounts with either botted followers or very low followers, but back in like 2017 or so you could buy retweets from people that have a tweet deck connected to a lot of poplar real accounts and they would retweet your tweet from all of those accounts

They are not as common as before from what I have seen. Now it seems more about organic reach, niche pages, and paid ads instead of mass retweet panels. Some networks may still exist, but results probably are not the same now.

still exists, but not like before. TweetDeck teams are mostly gone or limited now. What’s left are small engagement groups, but they’re weaker. Also algo changed - fake retweets don’t push like they used to.
