How can i get Callers?

Hi! I want to get callers for a project, i get paid per every caller that i get or someone can refer (which they get paid too). Now the problem comes that the callers have very specific requirements as to be 23+ YO and to not have any foreign accent, meaning American accent (or the so called Caucasian accent), i get paid very good by that and the one to refer, does too. Now the problem is, that im having trouble to get some, i post in telegram and in discord, because fiverr and upwork mostly foreigns. Any help is appreaciated, thx.

You will have better luck finding qualified callers in US based communities rather than fiver/upwork. For 23+ candidates college job boards and alumni groups are great. Also target call center or customer service communities on linkedin or facebook. Instagram shorts ads can attract quick attention. Try posting on facebook groups, subreddits like r/Workonline and Gigs sections for american audience.
