Any free VOIP Numbers that can pass verification?

In the past I've used textnow and other sites to verify phone numbers, the numbers that they gave you could sometimes pass even those sites that tend to detect VOIP numbers (like verifying a new google account for instance).

I need to get past phone verification on a site and I'm wondering if there are still any free services / websites that any of you have used recently to verify accounts?

GrizzlySMS is the worst service I’ve dealt with. I strongly advise against using it.
