This is the most blackhole of SaaS / micro SaaS industry. I see hundreds and thousands of posts "I created saas in 30 days with AI"
But nobody says, you need to have:
-mailing userbase
-good reputation on some industry forums, groups, reddit
-good social profiles
-established huge Youtube channel
Nobody buy your saas if you just publish it on product hunt xD

You should start with both ways, organic content +paid ads.

Of course you need to choose your product niche to start with, no matter for which ways. It means that you are targeting the right audience and user groups.

analyze the niche, identify your strengths, at least you can go to the marketplace section and look at proxy services

Generally, all micro and indie SaaS projects resort to this method. You can get your first MMR with Reddit, but this is not sustainable. Afterwards, for long-term organic users, you need to use SEO, SGE and AEO, produce original content, and find ways to be useful to your audience.
