I've been noticing a lot of Ponzi scheme ads disguised as AI trading programs being openly advertised on Instagram lately. Does this mean these types of ads are now generally allowed, or are they finding a way to bypass Instagram's ad filters?

I need someone to help me understand how they're managing to do this. A few years ago, I tried running a similar ad on Instagram, but my account was banned after about seven days. Has Meta relaxed its security measures, or is there some trick they're using to avoid detection?

I'd really appreciate any insights on this!

it's not allowed, Ponzi Scheme is illegal in most if not all countries.
Doesn't stop people from doing it tho

IG bots can't automatically detect if it's a legit service or if it's a scam, ponzi scheme, etc
They need some human reports to finally check this shit

Short answer is no. Long answer is noooooo. But too true, it doesn't stop people from engaging in it anyway. On some of my accounts, I still see users advertising a certain popular brand whose business model looks suspiciously like a certain triangular-shaped structure allegedly in my opinion. Rather than allowed, I'd say it's highly likely a bypass situation.
