Which DNS provider will let me send Spam?

I have an email server running on a VPS. I use ThunderBird to use it with MailMerge to mass send emails. I tried Cloudflare for the DNS but after 400 emails everything else did not send and now does not send. So I changed to the Hostinger built in DNS and that only sent 5 emails and then stopped sending

So which DNS should I try next?

Honestly, mass emailing from a VPS is always gonna be a pain. Have you looked into dedicated email services like SendGrid or Mailjet?

Honestly, I have not because I am sure I will just get banned. But I get lots of emails from obvious spammers. How do they do it? What DNS do they use?
