Every trader seeks first for capital and yet that doesn’t solve the problems of liquidation.

A properly well analyzed trade with low equity can yield a high ROI thereby maximizing gains while trading with lower risk ratio. However, Having a compensation mechanism or event for traders, especially futures traders will be a golden field for market guys giving us more leverage to access the crypto station with lesser risk..

I lately got involved in a futures trading event having a 60,000 USDT protection; this means futures traders have the leverage of holding a trade and if any losses accumulated in this event period, will automatically receive a $20 compensation for the first trade and 100USDT liquidation protection for the big guys trading large accounts, and this is event is on bitget.

Do you think this is a good way to assist future traders with loss compensation?

They're just giving out a signup bonus. I've never seen this specific one before, but if you look at other bonuses you need to jump through several hoops and work your ___ off for those $100, it's probably not automatic.

No there's no such thing as maximum gains minimal risk, it's one or the other.

Sounds interesting, but the real question is what’s the catch? Exchanges dont just hand out free protection without a reason.

Are there hidden conditions, like high fees or strict withdrawal rules?

Just a catchy scheme to get new users on board. If you so not have skills, these promotions will not help you.

True! Capital alone isn’t enough proper risk management is key. That 60,000 USDT protection on Bitget sounds like a great way to reduce risk. Have you tried it yet?
Yes..the event started already and will be ending on the 29th…it’s really great and I’m trading knowing that my loses will be compensated, though that doesn’t mean I will be reckless with my trading…I’m really taking things like serious this time

There’s no hidden fees…the only thing is that the leverage is just applied to the first trade you take after joining the event…you know you could be smart with that!

no, is like your first trades you win and win after you reach a point you are left with the real world and loose everything you just got, they give you money and then they it back.

i dont think that's the catch here..we can use this first leverage to make win trades; if you know how to ooo...imagine you lose a $20 account and still receive back the $20 as a compensation for losing

very well said..thats just where the problem lies 'are you skilled to use this leverage well?'

Any new exchange offering the $60,000 protection is suspicious.

If you bought a few days or weeks ago, you probably maximize your gains while minimizing your risks, because you bought near the bottom, at least that's my opinion about the market situation

I believe maximizing gains while minimizing risk is possible with the right strategy, discipline, and proper risk management. Like the events you mentioned by bitget, offering liquidation protection, do provide a safety net for futures traders, which I think can be useful. However, I feel it’s crucial not to rely solely on these compensations but to focus on building consistent, sustainable trading habits.

maximizing gains while keeping risk low is every trader’s dream.....but it all comes down to smart risk management. these comp systems help.. but leaning too much on liquidation protection can make you reckless. gotta play it smart and plan ahead!

That question doesn't make sense, you can't maximize nor minimize multiple interdependent things, you gotta choose one.
It's like asking "how do I maximize my salary and minimize work hours?" when they are proportionally equivalent.

But this is all under the assumption that risk*gain is proportional, which generally is the case (work more hours, get more money; take more risk, get more gains)

But to answer your question, no, it's not possible. However, it is possible to maximize gain/risk.

From trading forex, I have come across something similar, but none with cryptocurrency exchanges, making it a good deal.
This is more amazing considering the reward pool which is new.
Beginner traders can use this to help reduce losses while they continue to learn, and pro traders can also enjoy the reward pool to increase profits.
