Just recently, my main Reddit account that I use for personal commenting and posting on a daily basis has lowered its CQS to LOWEST. I've had that account for almost 3 years. A month ago, I checked the CQS and it was actually HIGH. That's despite the fact that I post and comment every day with no removed posts/comments. Just earlier today, I noticed my comments stopped showing up on a subreddit I already participated a lot in and gained a lot of post/comment karma. This is because I failed the CQS filter. That was when I found out my CQS suddenly dropped to LOWEST. Luckily, I didn't get shadowbanned because it's a fairly aged and warmed account with a lot of comment/post history + activity.
I've been using a free VPN with this account (regular browser) for as long as it existed. I created this back when Reddit didn't automatically flag down VPNs. However, because my CQS has dropped a lot, it's going to be impossible to bring it back up unless I stop using a VPN. The problem is residential proxies or mobile are expensive and I use a lot of GB. The VPN is a monthly subscription only costs a few dollars for unlimited data.
Alternatively, I could use my main IP but I have another Reddit account on this, though it's less active. I don't want to take the risk and if my Reddit account gets banned on my main IP, my main will as well. What are some budget options for me to browse Reddit? Should I buy an unlimited data static residential proxy? I never used that before.
