Steptoe gave me a review copy and he delivered exactly what he promised. The communication with him was very direct and he went straight to the point, making it pretty easy to order even for newbies.

Those are pretty useful contextual links, and he even delivered a bit more than what we had agreed before, which is also something that deserves a mention. He also delivered a complete and detailed report, which also allows me to observe his work building a natural backlink profile.

Based on my experience, I can definitely recommend this service, it's a great option if you are looking for Tier 2 links.

I was given a review copy of this service, and I can say that it is a pretty nice and worth-the-money service.

The communication with @Steptoe was straightforward. I was asked a few questions about the website, and after my reply, the delivery was made pretty quickly (~3 days).
I did a random check of 10 domains, and after two days of delivery, they are still up and running. The domains look good and are not spammed like most similar services. I can even that these can be also used as Tier 1 links if you have a big and stable website, as they would be great for diversity.

Definitely worth the price.

Thanks.

Had a great experience with this service! The seller was professional, friendly, and super patient, answering all my questions without making me feel rushed. The turnaround time was insanely fast—I got my link report in under 24 hours! The content was decent for a Tier 2/Tier 3 blast, which is exactly what I needed.

Overall, the service was smooth, efficient, and well worth it. Definitely planning to order again

I was given a review copy of this service and my experience with the seller is good.
From helping me choose the right number of pages for each article for optimum result to a very timely delivery of the report. It took 3 days after I submitted my details.

The report came in a simple excel sheet, I got around 280 links. The content for each page is readable and in the selected niche. The content isn't some random gibberish meant to hide links. They're also about 500 words long. The DR ranged from 10 to as high as 76. It's a mix. This is what is actually expected of these kinds of service.

From my experience of the service and what was delivered, I'd rate the service and the seller high.

Steptoe's [T2] service is something I've consistently been purchasing since joining the Blackhatworld forum. If I remember correctly, I've placed an order 5-6 times already.

I really want to share my recent test results, but I've been extremely busy. I plan to share my insights from this year's tests around January.

I highly recommend [cloud stacking] and [GUEST POST] users to purchase the T2 service. This is because [cloud stacking] usually consists of standalone pages with no weight or internal links at all, but T2 helps alleviate this issue. It's quite fascinating!

Very fast TAT on the last order from few days ago. Everything was completed as advertised. There was also a slight over-delivery of the advertised number of links.

...

This service definitely outperforms most of the cheap PBNs offered here on BHW, which typically range from $0.50 to $1. Rarely even 50% of the domains are live after 6 months, let alone after 1 year or longer. And with all the recent updates, most of the cheap PBNs are completely worthless anyway...

Just placed a new order. I made another order before and the guy delivered properly, this time a bigger order. What I can say is: The sellers is a very professional and friendly person, easy to work with. Hopefully I will place many more orders

Highly Recommended.

I recently order and the output was outstanding.

I received my order today and I'm pretty happy with the results. I got more links than I ordered. All of them are contextual from a wide variety of platforms.
From now on, Steptoe will be my Go-To guy when it comes to Tier 2 links.
Thanks a lot Steptoe.

I've already ordered 5 packages and will order more very soon.
Seems to work fine as tier2 but even as tier1, depending on your money site and niche.
Excellent provider, it's so rare to find professionalism in BHW marketplace...

Just placed another order. I keep coming back for more, this is the best T2 links service there is on BHW

I asked @Steptoe for a lot of advice before placing an order.

He has helped me with every single step and has adviced me on how to approach this. He fixed my own mistakes and made sure i'd get the most out of his services.

Ordered 3x250 links in different languages with different anchor texts and links. Order was delivered in just a couple of days and the reports are insanely well documented.

It will take some times for the links to have any affect, but what i can say now is that it's VERY CLEAR that these guys are professionals.

Thanks a lot Steptoe, i'm 100% sure that i'll order more once i see how these links affect my website.

StepToe,

You are amazing!

I have been on BHW since 2012, I have NEVER been so well advised.

Thank you so much for your helpful advice.

Here’s my honest review for this service.

Absolutely outstanding.
Easy and fast forward communication, provided me guidance and allowed me to understand more, fast process without any bumps.

I’m was really amazed to see the links provided and the kind of work that was done in such short time frame, definitely recommend, its a +1 from me.

Report was provided in a .xlsx format in a professional matter, easy to read and everything in its place.

Would I order this service again? Yes, no questions asked, will be placing another one.

fast work, lots of links, nice advice from good guy, works with my language, recommend!

REVIEW:

Dealing with @Steptoe is great. He is very professional and personable. He answered all my questions and I never got the feeling he wanted me to hurry up and buy his service.

I got my link report in less than 24 hours from when I ordered (no drip feed). Very fast service! The content looks ok for this kind of service where youre blasting t2/t3. I'm using this on t3 myself.

Thanks! I'll be back!

Great Service...he responds to questions and explains to make sure you get what you ordered. I ordered 250 and received 300. Report was sent after completion. All contextual and do follow.

Review: Ordered 1000 links, got 1000+ links just over a day later. Most were live and d0follow. Big variety of platforms, lots I didn't know about - you've given me ideas! Content was fine - what you would expect for bulk links.

Pretty unique service and probably has a lot of uses
