Facebook account error not spending?

This usually happens due to flagged payment methods, low trust scores, or Facebook’s internal review process. Try these:
  1. Change Payment Method – Use a fresh card or PayPal.
  2. Warm Up the Account – Run small, non-aggressive campaigns first.
  3. Check Business Manager – Ensure no hidden restrictions.
  4. Contact Facebook Support – Sometimes, a manual review is needed.

If the issue persists, the account might be shadowbanned for ad activity. Testing with a new profile or payment method can help.

Good luck solving!

check if your card has enough money? if there is a new campaign setup with a budget of $5, after the ad is approved the account will start to collect hold

It sounds like you're dealing with an issue where account holds are being approved, but funds are not being spent or released, which can definitely be frustrating. This situation could happen in various contexts, such as online payments, banking, or specific service-related accounts.

Have you tried checking payment methods, ad settings, or account limits? Sometimes a manual review or reaching out to support helps.

Recently Hold accounts have had their holds approved but still not spending any cents. Is there any way to solve this?
i had the same problem with the new account, i tried everything and then it finally died

I changed the card but nothing changed. My campaign with nature campaign is still the same.

i had the same problem, but my solution was to always have money in my card, create ads with a budget of $2, although the approval issue was a bit slow but I still spent it in the end, when I started spending I increased the budget and multiplied the group

change payment method its work

have you tried changing your payment method ?
for these accounts you also need to enable the campaign and let it run for a few days.

If your accounts are not spending, you can change the payment method, use a new card, or warm up the account before running information checking campaigns to ensure that no information is hidden.

Your account has stopped spending, it could be due to a hack or the account is not reputable enough. You can change the payment method and set up a low budget campaign for two to three days and then see if the account is spending normally.

If methods such as changing cards, setting up campaigns with low budgets do not change the problem, you should contact the Facebook team for help.
