H'ellow fellas.

Are you interesting in "Offshore Domains?" In fact this doesn't exist.

Simple guide for you.

1) Looking for "Offshore Domains" and want to buy one, this is the "secret" (ok in fact is not a secret, just basic know-how)
Always buy your domain in ccTLD
(Country Code Top Level Domain), is a Domain based in countries.
Want TLD domain? Use .org!

2) Why choose ccTLD instead TLD (.com, .net ???)
All .com and .net domains and common TLDs obeys to ICANN Rules and .com and .net are managed by Verisign (USA Company) they can shutdown your domain easily, that is why you should use ccTLD.
Want TLD? Ok, use .org then, better than nothing huh?

ccTLDs recommended:
.ru (requires usually Passport ID... usually! Not sure)
.su
.st (great domain)
.li
.se (great stuff, but not tolerant as before)
.is (great stuff, but not resistant as you may think, still good one)

.to (Avoid, maybe is good for some stuff, but avoid.. is used a lot, don't use it, good for freedom of speech only)
.sc
.cr
.ag
.pk (Never seen something)
.hk (not sure about his resistant)

In general the best ccTLDs ones are: .ru, .su, .st, .sc, .li and .is

3) Use Domain Registars that are out of US / UK (The company shouldn't be registered there)! For Freedom of Speech USA Domain Registars will work fine.

4) Anonymous domains
Anonymous domains, the risk of you losing your domain is higher are you ready to lose? Always have a domain backup for those things. If is serious business and company don't use it at all, unless you are whistleblower.
Anonymous domains means you aren't the owner of the domain by default! If you use Namecheap, you aren't Anonymous at all, sorry!

5) Which Registars to register ccTLD, you should use?
ccTLD are not usually Cheap!

Nicenic.net (based in China looks promicious and "bulletproof", great to use it for all ccTLD, TLDs (.com, .net) and more domains)
shinjiru.com (Malaysia based, great stuff you can go)

Njal.la (they are resellers, but great anonymity)
Namecheap (Great for Freedom of Speech only, but avoid for other stuff)
TodayNic / EraNet (great stuff based in Hong Kong)
xuid.ru (good stuff for privacy domains, looks "bulletproof domains")
ua-hosting.pro (for cheap .ru and .su domains)
Nic.ru (for Russian .ru domains, safe but may require passport ID, company based in Russia)
Flokinet.is (they use their own info to register your domains...)
EasyDNS (used by piratebay which uses .org domain for years, EasyDNS refused to shutdown .org of Piratebay, good for .org only)

-------- Unknown ------

Cloudflare (good for freedom of speech only!)
CZOBIN (usually great in the past, unknown now)
Internet.bs (great in the past, unknown now..)

Alternatives:
Reg.ru (for Russian domains, company based in Russia)
Tonic.to (to register your .to domains)

Avoid:
Porkbun (recently seized many domains, don't go!)

Namecheap (they recently shutdown .to domains and aren't resistant as before, but still a good to go)
GoDaddy (Huh? No! Go away!)
Cloudflare (great for freedom of speech, but you can't use other DNS, just only Cloudflare, not good to go...)
Hostinger / Hostgator / HostPapa / Name.com - Totally trash, just like GoDaddy.

6) Njal.la is not safe?
Yes, they are safe! They will kick you if:

1) Spam, Phishing, Fraud, Scams you are out, they will kick you, don't even try.
2) Doing pretty illegal activity like Malware, DDoS, CP, they will kick you for real.
3) If you are already in any Fraud Database like your IP, Email or Payment Method they can refuse and lock your domain (it will disappear from your account probably)

4) If you are using illegal methods like carding to pay, don't expect if they "steal" your domain.
5) Njal.la uses Tucows and Sarek.fi to resell domains, if you do anything against their Terms of Service or Acceptable Usage Policy you will be out.

Note: In general Njal.la is great for freedom of speech, privacy and stuff that is not pretty illegal, Njal.la is good to go. If you have freedom of speech including hate they can kick you.

You lost your domain with Njal.la? The owners are the Njal.la, you probably lost the domain already, but you can contact directly the registar, but good luck.

Remember, if you are thinking in doing Phishing, Spam, Scam, Fraud you will be kick once discovered. They won't protect you for few bucks, most of them will suspend you.
Offshore Domains is just a marketing term. But can be used by using ccTLD which is more secure than TLD.

Thanks you for this guide :)
very help full

Cnobin accept only VCC/PP :)
or man find a reseller the crypto accept

TodayNic / EraNet is bad.. klick fast als namecheap

@Lowk3y , your guide is correct.

Many people were suspended and posted on blackhatworld that they don't give a reason why they got suspended and tell you a false explanation, they're lying to you. So yeah, that njal is legit, and I've been using Njal for 2 years with warez sites only and no DDOS or scams.

I moved from Njal to Cloudflare and then to Spaceship and took my domain down due to KYC verification. Avoid Spaceship and namecheap is same as company.

Also, you can recommend ilovewww, web.z.com. I've been using web.z.com as a domain (.ME) for 8 months with no issue. But they are only accept for Credit card. They are based in a Japanese company.

Not sure about @hostcay and IncogNET, imprezahost for offshore domain service. I've never used all of them.

Good stuff @Lowk3y, knew most of the stuff but didn't know about EasyDNS will definitively check it out.
I dont get what you're using these domains for though

Movies streaming websites, "cpa game hacks" and etc... basically anything that might be copyrighted and you want to stay safe and you want your domain to be online as long as possible.
To be honest i don't understand why someone would be doing something blackhat and not go with anonymous & bulletproof domain.
I've been using interent.bs since 2013 and never had any problems with them although I'm not sure if they are that good and reliable nowadays, can anyone confirm?

Internet.bs:

Recently i started using njal.la and i love it more and more, never ever had problems with them so far...

Stay away from GoDaddy, NameCheap and that kind of registrars because they would "hand you over" pretty much easily.

Would they take over all domains you have with them if say 1 of them infringed on their TOS or just the offending domain?

Wow i read this type of guide first time

Would they take over all domains you have with them if say 1 of them infringed on their TOS or just the offending domain?

Been doing all kinds of crazy stuff with IM for literally 15+ years, never lost a single domain so i don't know the answer to that question honestly.
But if i had to guess, my guess would be they would take over only 1 domain only, but like any company, if you cause a lot of trouble/lose a lot of domains they might just say f*ck it and bring your whole acc down, just my two cents.

but... Don't put all your eggs in one basket ;)

For what specifically?

.st indeed is one of the best at the moment - can change at any given time.
.to is still okay but less "power"
.ru/.su get disconnected pretty often, they just look cool
.in is also good for real content needing freedom of speech

The rest is probably useless for most cases.

Nicenic.net (based in China looks promicious and "bulletproof", great to use it for all ccTLD, TLDs (.com, .net) and more domains)

Yes, still one of the best for Freedom of Speech.

shinjiru.com (Malaysia based, great stuff you can go)

No.

Njal.la (they are resellers, but great anonymity)

No. Useless.

Namecheap (Great for Freedom of Speech only, but avoid for other stuff)

No, absolute useless.

TodayNic / EraNet (great stuff based in Hong Kong)

Okay.

xuid.ru (good stuff for privacy domains, looks "bulletproof domains")
ua-hosting.pro (for cheap .ru and .su domains)
Nic.ru (for Russian .ru domains, safe but may require passport ID, company based in Russia)

.ru is pretty strict with many things, if you're no Russian, you will have no leverage.

Flokinet.is (they use their own info to register your domains...)

No. Useless.

EasyDNS (used by piratebay which uses .org domain for years, EasyDNS refused to shutdown .org of Piratebay, good for .org only)

No.

Cloudflare (good for freedom of speech only!)

Good for everything untill they shut you down so can be used. DDOS-Guard is good.

CZOBIN (usually great in the past, unknown now)

Cnobin is very good.

Internet.bs (great in the past, unknown now..)

No.

Another very good domain registrar is Netim and also Namesilo. And sav.com is also good for .com domains.
