[Journey] Making 12 Profitable SaaS in 12 Months.

I started this back in December 2024, but I did not create a thread for it. I feel like this should be a journey thread, and I would like to gain some knowledge and experiences from you guys. I have already created 4 SaaS since December. By this December, all 12 SaaS need to be completed. Right now, I am making some money from two SaaS, while the other two are not generating any income. I am building these on my free days, which are weekends, and I am currently struggling to find good ideas. If you have any suggestions, please let me know. Along the journey, I will turn your pain points into solutions.

Current Status:

• December: Moz API (MosFast) $$
• January: Free Expired Domain Finder (GigFast) $$
• February: Google Map Scraper (GeoScraper) $$
• March: AI Consistency Character Generator (CharacterCreatorAI) $$
• April: No idea

I'm also currently building in my free time a SaaS which is for email campaign automation using AI. For example - the client types in their ICP, location and the software automatically gathers leads that would fit -> puts them in a email campaign and using AI builds a cold email (using the client's company's data) -> generates analytics based on the results.

But this looks like a higher caliber SaaS than you're building this far. If you or someone else has interest in colaborating - be sure to send me a PM and let's work together.

That's a pretty good idea bro, Right now my goal is to create micro saas, and also I am using reddit, tiktok, yt and insta to promote the SaaS, Also I am building few backlinks looking at the web tool data from the google

Most free products lose money till they get large number of users, that you can bargain with.

two of are making some profit ( not a huge ones) and to get clients, for mosfast I have a sales thread in the bhw and for others, I am using reddit and some social media posts

Okay, new weekend!

Yesterday I found a good thread on BHW that got attention (https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/h...ffiliate-websites-step-by-step-guide.1692800/).
What he does is find an already earning website and replicate it, and I got curious what if I did the same thing for SaaS. If I could copy someone's work and add a few extra features, I could focus more on the marketing. Right now my biggest pain is that I have to find a solution, then code for 2 weekends and test for one weekend, then market the product. But with an already established SaaS, I don't have to worry about finding a pain point and validating it. Also, DeepSeek did the same thing - they copied OpenAI's homework and made it to the top.

Today and tomorrow I will be making marketing images for CharacterCreatorAI, which I finished recently but haven't made marketing materials for yet. I will also make a YouTube video and a short. For Pinterest and Instagram, I will make bulk posts using Canva and schedule them to upload throughout this month. Since this is a character generation tool, I will make an influencer Instagram account with fake details to gain some exposure for the app.

Yesterday, I made around 2 videos for GeoScraper and the CharacterCreatorAI. Today, I made one tutorial video about CharacterCreatorAI focusing on creating consistent influencers for free, and published it to YouTube and TikTok. My next plan is to create Twitter work automation using make.com.

Your journey sounds interesting. I thought it may be a bit too much but it's good to know you already have a marketing plan for each so far that seems to be producing results for some of the saas. Hope you succeed.

90% validated. I am planning to "vibe code" my way to get it running, but I'm no developer, I know my limits
