It's such a pain to try to create a lot of Facebook accounts using a residential proxy only to have your account immediately suspended. You are using a residential proxy, which is a good start, but that alone will not evade Facebook's detection.

Facebook is very strict when it comes to things like these, honestly at this point I just gave up trying unless someone knows how to hack or bypass their security.
