I need help with dealing one bad person

One facebook profile is back and again trying to make nuisance of my brand and business. I have all the proofs that what I do, I delivered him what I promised to deliver long back in 2019; and today he got up and asked for refunds because that thing he never used.

what can we do, or is there anyone who can probably help me either:
1/ send him message, when he responds, reply further asking his problem, and then messages them that what they are expecting is wrong.
2/ do the step 1, from 200-400 accounts.

or,
3/ report his profile or do something that his account gets blocked.

If the amount is small and manageable then you should refund him and relax, not worth the headache.

Just refund him. Not worth it and it can cause much higher damage to your brand.

amount is not small. I paid about 40-45k in 2019 (USD). My proposal or contract (kind of) was for 25k ish, plus 5% equity.
and when costs were going high, i was ok to not ask and i thought equity will take care of it.
slowly, slowly it went to 40k range...
i paid to my developers etc, those developers no more working with me since covid.
as per that contract or proposal, 3 months warranties were there too, as I had similar contract with my developers.

even last week, when client was shouting, we reverted his site back to how it was 2019; and features worked. he then makes new updates back what he needs, and it doesn't work.

but he is shouting... so what should i do.

If you have proof that you delivered you can post that publicly in response if he badmouths you publicly.

I can't understand people giving refunds to scammers basically... You're loosers or what? If he has proof then he can use that, why would he give money back to someone who misbehaves...

If you have enough evidence that you paid him in 2019, make it public and show everyone that he is playing dirty with your business. That will bring the truth to light and benefit you, without having to do other things that waste time and cause headaches.

Wow it has been 6 years and theyre still going on with it, that must have been so earful for you. If you can afford it, maybe just refund it, just to make them stop. It might cause a precedent so maybe you can also expose it after so you'd feel confident that no one would take advantage of you.

Otherwise, what do you exactly mean by "he's shouting"?
Is he spamming your page posts? spamming your DMs?

1) If you try to get his account block, he will create new one.
2) First try to ignore him, just delete his posts from your pages and see if he will settle down with time
3) If he starts attacking you with multiple profiles, then it's better to make this issue public.

Refund and escape if the amount is not big.
